rbTechnologies has invested heavily in our infrastructure, so that we can better support yours: we offer a host of exclusive services to our clients, including Domain Name registration, Website management, In House DNS management and hosting, our own FTP servers for patches and downloads and much more.  We also provide FTP accounts for offsite backups of firewall and PBX data.

We have a comprehensive issue and customer management system so that your issues are tracked, worked on and cleared in an efficient and timely manner. Our phone system is tightly integrated with our issue tracking system, so that you can open tickets and report problems via voice. Our network monitoring systems is also integrated with our issue tracking system, so that we are notified in the event of a critical outage, and can begin working on your problem immediately. Often our monitoring system will have reported the issue, and we'll have diagnosed and fixed it before you are even aware that something was wrong!
